I had the same problems you have.
For years my coaches and I wrote sessions on paper or in apps made for online coaching. The numbers got lost, plans didn't progress the way they should, and clients asked "what did I lift last time?" while we flipped through notebooks.
Booking, session packages and no-shows lived in yet another tool. At the end of the month I was reconciling spreadsheets instead of coaching.
So I built what I needed: software for the hour that matters, the session itself. My trainers log every set on an iPad while they coach, one client or two side by side. Plans progress from real numbers. Clients see their training in their own app.
It has run every session in my studio since summer 2026. I'm opening it to a few studios now because I know how much time it saves, and because I want to build the next parts with owners who coach the way we do.
